Data Deletion Request

Fluxyr respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you:

  • GDPR (Article 17 — "Right to Erasure"). If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, you can request that we erase your personal data.
  • CCPA / CPRA. If you are a California resident, you can request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@fluxyr.com.

This is the only channel for submitting a data deletion request.

Please include the following so we can locate and verify your account:

  • The email address associated with your Fluxyr account.
  • Your full name.
  • A short description of your request (for example, "Please delete my account and personal data").

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will use the information you provide only to process and respond to your request.

What Happens Next

  • We will acknowledge your request and, once your identity is verified, delete your personal data.
  • We aim to respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), and will let you know if we need more time as permitted by law.
  • Deleting your data will typically close your account and cannot be undone.

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain information where we are legally required or permitted to do so — for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our agreements. Where we retain data, we keep only what is necessary and protect it accordingly.

Authorized Agents

Where the law allows, you may use an authorized agent to submit a deletion request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
