Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Fluxyr (“the Platform”), an AI platform that lets anyone get work done with AI — including AI assistants and automations.

1. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Be responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or reverse engineering tools.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to the terms presented at checkout. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Fluxyr or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate by closing your account.

8. Public Skills and Account Deletion

You may choose to publish a skill publicly. Public skills are available for other Fluxyr users to adopt and may be used by their conversations and automations.

If you delete your account, ownership of any skills you explicitly published publicly transfers to Fluxyr permanently and irrevocably. Fluxyr may continue to display, modify, maintain, or withdraw those transferred skills. Your account and personal data will be deleted or anonymized as described in our Data Deletion page, and you will not be retained as the author of a transferred public skill.

This transfer applies only to skills you published publicly. Your private skills, conversations, files, Vault items, and other personal data are handled through the normal account-deletion process.

Deleting your account does not withdraw a skill that was already publicly published. If you want to remove a public skill, unpublish it before deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fluxyr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluxyr from any claims resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
